For the fourth year running, Spurs & Sparkles brought our community together for an unforgettable night of generosity, laughter, and friendly competition—showing just how much sparkle and spirit we can create when we unite for a great cause.
Over 400 guests gathered under the sparkling lights of the 10,000 sq. ft. event tent at Wesley Clover Parks to celebrate Spurs & Sparkles, presented by RBC Royal Bank—an evening filled with heart, horsepower, and hometown pride—all in support of Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation.
Thanks to your generosity, enthusiasm, and community spirit, we are thrilled to announce that $151,967 was raised to help fund the top priorities Queensway Carleton Hospital, including the purchase of medical devices and equipment.

A special shoutout to our fabulous Co-Chairs, Karen Sparks and Catherine McLaughlin, whose leadership, vision, and passion made the night truly unforgettable.
The evening glittered with gourmet dishes from Ottawa’s culinary stars, refreshing local beverages, and dazzling equestrian energy. The atmosphere was electric from start to finish. And, of course, the night’s highlight—the always thrilling Get Up and Gallop competition—brought friendly rivalry and non-stop entertainment.
Congratulations to Our 2025 Get Up and Gallop Champions!
