Spurs and Sparkles Gallops Away with Big Support for QCH
News

A little bit of rain earlier in the day and cooler than normal temps didn’t dampen the spirit of party goer’s on Monday night as they joined in the fun at the 2024 Spurs and Sparkles fundraiser hosted by Wesley Clover Parks. The sun was shining by the time this incredibly unique event, which is presented by RBC Royal Bank, got underway. More than 300 guests gathered under the 10,000 sq ft event tent and together they helped to raise close to $104,000 for Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation.

Along with local beverages paired with delectable food from some the city’s best restaurants, guests were treated to the wildly popular Get Up and Gallop competition. And, for the third year Team Terlin took home to honours. Thank you to all 10 of our incredible Get Up and Gallop teams for your enthusiasm and comradery.
