2025 Champions of Care Honour Roll

At Queensway Carleton Hospital life-changing moments happen every day for our patients and their families. QCH Foundation’s Champion of Care program is a way for grateful patients, their family members, and even fellow QCH colleagues to show their gratitude when a QCH team member has provided exceptional care. This year, we’re proud to welcome Chartwell Retirement Residences as our presenting sponsor — generously matching donations up to $15,000.

2025 proved to be another incredible year for the Champion of Care program, as donations and accolades poured in, honouring  incredible QCH team members.

• 154 individuals, teams and departments were honoured as Champions of Care
• 125 donations were made to QCH Foundation in honour of a QCH team member
• $30,279 was raised for QCH in honour of the exception work of our team
