As a physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Maria Keller spends her days working amidst the hustle and bustle of the Queensway Carleton Hospital’s ER, one of the busiest ED’s in the province.
With the holidays approaching, Maria is looking forward to spending some uninterrupted quality time with her family – playing in the snow, sipping hot chocolate, sitting down to big family dinners and enjoying a nice glass of wine by the fireplace.
Also included on Maria’s holiday to-do list: baking! She shares a recipe she found for Eggnog Mousse. The dessert is a huge hit with her family and friends during the holiday season.
