Run for Ottawa returns Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Andrew Haydon Park (3127 Carling Avenue, Nepean) for a morning of movement, community, and giving back!
The event kicks off at 9:00 AM and features something for everyone, including a 1K Family Walk, 3K Run, 5K Run, and the brand-new 10K Run.
Best of all, 100% of proceeds support the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation, helping make a difference for patients, families, and healthcare in our community.
