To donate by email transfer, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your online banking and select the option to send an Interac e-Transfer.
- Use qchfound@qch.on.ca as the recipient email when sending an e-transfer. Adding “Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation” as the recipient name is optional and may vary by bank.
- To receive a charitable tax receipt, please include your full name, address, phone number, and email address in the message section of the transfer.
- You should receive a confirmation email from your bank that we have received the funds.
- Please send an email to qchfound@qch.on.ca to let us know that you have sent an eTransfer, along with the password (if applicable).
Please note: Some financial institutions have daily maximum etransfer limits. Please check with your bank to confirm the maximum amount you can etransfer. You may need to call your financial institution to request an increase to your daily limit depending on the amount you would like to etransfer.
